A short tutorial to show how to change the oil in water cooled 911th Applies to 996 and 997 cars - and similarly for the Boxster and Cayman. Turbo and GT3 is similar (although there is a secondary drain plug on it). I also show how to inspect the opening of the filter for metal particles. A pair of metal particles is normal - a lot of shows excessive wear. Drain bolt torque = 37 ft.lbs. Oil filter torque = 19 ft.lbs. Oil Capacity - 8.7 liters sorry for some of the jumpyEditing, but I had less than 10 minutes to keep for YouTube.
